Shinta A. Dailapasa graduated from the Faculty of Law, Christian University of Indonesia, in 2005 and has practised law since 2006. Licensed as an advocate in 2008, she co-founded WID Attorneys at Law, now Dailapasa & Partners, in 2013. With more than 17 years of experience, Shinta represents and advises clients in litigation, commercial disputes, employment, family, and bankruptcy matters. Her work includes court proceedings, arbitration, and corporate transactions.
Diah Aswandini K. graduated from the Faculty of Law, Pancasila University, in 2002 and earned her Master of Laws from Trisakti University in 2005. She began her career as Assistant Legal to the Vice President of one of Indonesia’s major radio station networks, before taking on human resources and corporate affairs roles in event organizer and promoter companies. As Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Dailapasa & Partners, her practice focuses on business and corporate law.
Yohanes Sulung Hasiando earned his law degree from Jenderal Soedirman University and his Master of Laws from Gadjah Mada University. Before joining Dailapasa & Partners as Partner, he served as Head of Legal for several companies and handled commercial matters and corporate transactions. A PERADI-licensed advocate and licensed receiver/administrator, his practice covers commercial litigation, bankruptcy, real estate and property law, and environmental law.
Debie Dyah Anggari graduated from the Faculty of Law, Merdeka University Malang, in 1999 and earned an MBA in International Trade Law from Central Queensland University, Australia, in 2002. She has experience in litigation, bankruptcy, employment, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. As an APPDI member, Debie advises clients on corporate, intellectual property, employment, and property management matters, as well as blockchain and cryptocurrency-related legal issues.
Fahmi Basyarahil leads business development at Dailapasa & Partners, focusing on client relations, service coordination, and strategic growth. Drawing on experience in brand activation, promotions, and the MICE industry, he supports client inquiries and helps align client needs with the firm’s appropriate legal service teams.
