Managing Director
Shinta A. Dailapasa, S.H.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Christian University of Indonesia (2005) and has been practicing law since 2006. She obtained her advocate license in 2008. In 2013, she co-founded WID Attorneys at Law, now Dailapasa & Partners. With more than 17 years of experience, she specializes in litigation, commercial, labor, family, and bankruptcy law. She has a proven track record in handling complex legal matters, including court cases, arbitration, and corporate transactions.

Diah Aswandini K., S.H,M.H.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Pancasila University in 2002 and earned her Master of Laws degree from Trisakti University in 2005. She began her career as a legal VP assistant in one of the largest radio station network in Indonesia before moving into roles as a Human Resources and Corporate Affairs in several event organizer and promotor companies in Indonesia. In 2023, Diah co-founded Dailapasa & Partners with Shinta. Her expertise lies in business and corporate law.

Yohanes Sulung Hasiando, S.H., M.H.
Ando graduated from Law Faculty, Jend. Soedirman University & obtained his Master of Law degree from Gadjah Mada University. Prior to his partnership in Dailapasa & Partners, he acted as Legal Head in various companies and dealt in various commercial matters, corporate transactions, etc. He now focuses in commercial & litigation. He holds a PERADI license and also a Receiver and Administrator (Kurator dan Pengurus) license. His expertise are in the area of real-estate/property law, environmental law, bankruptcy law and commercial litigation.

Debie Dyah Anggari, S.H., MBA
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Merdeka University Merdeka Malang (1999) and earned an MBA in International Trade Law from Central Queensland University, Australia, in 2002. She specialized in litigation, bankruptcy, employment, corporate law, and M&A. A member of APPDI, Debie advises clients on corporate law, intellectual property, employment, and property management. She is also active in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
